leadership hubs
What they are
The leadership journey can often be a lonely one. Leadership Hubs offer a confidential and safe space outside of your church context where you can give and receive support and challenge from between 4-6 of your peers from other churches on the ‘live’ challenges you each face on your leadership journeys.
Hubs meet monthly, initially facilitated by an Enabled Leaders facilitator and in every third session, each hub will have the chance to receive some input from the facilitators on a relevant leadership or management topic of the group’s choice.
What you can expect
In a Leadership Hub, you will:

receive a helpful balance of support and challenge from your peers and the facilitator(s) on practical leadership and management challenges you face and how to tackle them

make and follow-through on commitments you make within the sessions by holding each other mutually accountable to them

grow in your awareness of your strengths and development areas as church/ministry leaders

grow in your understanding of relevant church leadership and management topics agreed by Hub members

feel better equipped in your church/ministry leadership roles

feel better supported to lead and manage in your church/ministry context
the commitment needed
Leadership Hubs will meet on the same day every month for at least 12 months for approximately two hours, at a time to be agreed. All 12 meetings will be via Zoom.
It is important that Hub members make a firm commitment before they sign up to be present at each of the 12 sessions and to keep confidential any personal information shared within Hub meetings.
At the end of 12 months, if Hub members agree, the Hubs may continue on a self-facilitated basis.
